COMPACTPITCH XW & XWS

COMPACTPITCH XW is a rail system for mounting photovoltaic modules on corrugated sheet metal roofs, trapezoidal sheet metal, or sandwich panels, as well as on corrugated fiber cement panels. It impresses with its coherent design concept.
Many existing systems on the market have significant weaknesses in terms of stability. We have found a solution to this problem.
The rail sits on a stable hanger bolt, which provides a strong connection to the roof. The central structural element is the aluminum mounting rail, which offers higher static load-bearing capacity due to its distinctive triangular shape.

XM-F

The XM-F system is a new type of roof hook design that is particularly strong due to optimized force transmission into the rafters. This makes installation in areas with high snow loads much easier to accomplish.
In areas with lower snow loads, the number of roof hooks can be significantly reduced by combining them with the X60 rail, thereby saving time and installation costs.
The roof hook can always be mounted centrally on the rafter, regardless of the tile position, ensuring optimal force transmission.
This results in an enormous load-bearing capacity of the roof hook, and depending on the application area and system combination, it leads to a significant reduction in the number of fastening points.
